Congo´s Ebola Epidemic is declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern by the World Health Organization.
The current Ebola epidemic in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has been declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern. As of 16 April, a total of 2522 confirmed and probable Ebola cases have been reported, of which 1698 died (Source: WHO, April 16, 2019).
